I.C.E Program
Serving Families in Grades 9 - 12
Independent Study provides a voluntary learning experience for students, grades 9 – 12, whose needs may best be met outside of the traditional classroom setting. This program is designed to either assist students who wish to return to their regular comprehensive high school or help students progress towards high school graduation. Students enrolled in ICE continue to be eligible for after-school activities, sports and clubs that are offered at their school of record. The same rules of participation apply.
Curriculum is equivalent to that offered at the schools. Many course are available that meet the a-g requirements for University admission. Independent Study is available to students who can learn independently and are active participants in their education.
All students enrolled in Morongo Unified School District’s I.C.E Program are expected to fully participate in State testing.
